Question about Rb

I have a question about rebirth, that i noticed one player already has rebirthed but, my true question is HOW did that person rebirthed, because in order to be rebirthed you must have these following times below:

Rebirth quest: (lv75 +)
Items need:
x5 Medal of the Invincible Knight dropped by Death Knight
x5 Earthen Core dropped by Huge Mud Moster
x5 Spirit Elixir dropped by Wandering Soul
x5 Necklace of Snowman Warlord dropped by Snowman Warlord
x1 Ancient Generator Fragment dropped by Barborosa
x1 Dragon Key dropped by Black Dragon

and those following item are mostly obtainable except, black dragon u must have a quite of number of people in group to beat. so thanks for replying and reading

As long as i know you can do solo BD but it takes like 4 hours to do it. Also i summoned BD once in argent and all the server killed it, and BD is not that hard if you know how to kill it.

I think that explains why many people is RB already...
